INGREDIENTS
100% pure stone ground white rice

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS (1 Serving)
  • Mix 50g (approx. 1 level scoop) 100% Creamy Rice Cereal with approx. 100ml cold water and a pinch of salt in a microwaveable bowl and stir until smooth. Add another 150ml boiling water and stir. 
  • Microwave on high for 1min and stir well before microwaving an additional 1-2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds or until thickened.
    Add honey or sweetener and cinnamon to taste if needed.
ADDITIONAL SUGGESTIONS FOR A COMPLETE BREAKFAST, PRE-WORKOUT, OR POST-WORKOUT MEAL.
  • Add 1 scoop BRAVURA LABS 100% Whey Protein Dark Chocolate or Vanilla Toffee yielding 23-25g quality protein
  • Add 1 heaped teaspoon sugar-free nut butter for added healthy fats
  • Add a banana or any fresh fruit and enjoy
